Currie iZip 150 Electric Scooter

Product Reportizip 150

This is a review of the Currie iZip 150 Electric Scooter.

The Izip 150 is a stand up electric scooter. It has a fold and carry design, which means you can pack it up and take it with you easily. It has a power saving feature, where you have to push the scooter to 2 MPH before the electric motor takes over, propelling the iZip 150 to a top speed of 8mph (135 watt) with a 5.5 mile single charge range.

This electric scooter is for youngsters above the age of 8, not exceeding 120lbs.

Consumer Feedback

"Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he LOVES it. Recommend for anyone with a child 8-12 years of age. "

Based on the above consumer testimonials and the fact sheet, we can say that the iZip 150 is a childrens' scooter. It is not fit for adults, as can be seen from the weight limitation and the size as well. Currie Technologies has a fine range of electric scooters for adults, so if you are over 120 lbs, you should opt for one of those instead.
