This is a review of the Go-Ped ESR750 Electric Scooter. This scooter has 3 varioations, the ESR 750, ESR 750 Ex, and ESR 750H. The first one is the base model, the Ex has larger batteries for longer range, and the H has the larger batteries as well as a front and rear suspension system.

This is a high-end adult electric scooter with a very powerful motor and top speeds of 20 MPH. Go-Ped has improved the ESR 750 line of electric scooters since 2008 (larger Rare Earth magnets, brush drag, reduced resistance, higher motor RPM), resulting in lower operating temperature and greater reliability and life span. Naturally this all comes at a price, since a Go-Ped ESR 750 electric scooter will cost in excess of $1,000.

The high price really does provide a number of technological innovations and unique capabilities to Go-Ped scooters. The most important ones are the auto-adjusting chain tensioner, dual performance modes (Econo or Turbo mode, to go "twice as far half as fast" or "twice as fast half as far"), on-board charger and tweakable electronic controller. The motor is capable of producing more than 1 BHP of power, which results in excellent acceleration and top speed. Consumer Feedback

Based on the above consumer testimonials, we can say that the GoPed ESR750H is a very powerful, but expensive electric scooter. Due to its top speed, it is intended only for adults. The scooter is very high-tech, with features not present in less costly competitors. There are mixed reports on the build quality of the scooter, the official manufacturer information implies that good quality alloys ('aircraft quality") were used in designing the GoPed ESR750H.
