This is an adult electric scooter with a strong 350W motor. It has a 3x12v battery system, which is considered good in its category. It can reach speeds of up to 21 MPH, and has a range of 17 miles per charge. It has rear drum breaks, which are fairly adequate (most competitors in its class have front disc brakes.

This scooter can be viewed as a green elternative to a normal scooter, if the rider needs it for shorter distances. It is equipped with a spedometer, turn signal, headlight, brake light. "Recieved scooter and unit had a bent wheel. This caused scooter to have a bouncie ride. Recieved a new wheel X-Treme in about a week. The Brake was smaller causing unit not to stop. X-Treme sent new assembly. I have spent 2 weeks waiting for parts and doing all the labor myself. I personally don't think that's right for a new unit."

"Do Not Buy this Scooter. We purchased ours in May 2008 - stopped working just after the 90 day warranty offered by Urban Scooter. Replaced the Controler in September, worked for 2 more weeks, broke again and guess what x-treme scooters do not offer warranty on parts."
